I’m passionate about helping people make sense of what’s causing their stress, worries, or emotional overwhelm. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (Deakin University) and an Advanced Graduate Diploma in Psychology (University of Adelaide).

These are private, one-on-one talk sessions where you can openly discuss what’s been weighing on you — without pressure, labels, or judgement.

To keep this service accessible, I charge only a small administrative fee. This helps cover the basic costs of running the project, such as website hosting and the tools needed to offer sessions online.

By keeping costs low, I aim to make supportive conversations available to more people — especially those who might otherwise go without any support at all.
