Administrative Fee and Payments
An administrative fee is charged for each session. This fee is used to cover some of the costs of running the website. However, the therapy sessions themselves are free of charge.
All payments are processed through the third-party Stripe platform. FreeTalk.au does not store any banking card information, as everything is securely handled by Stripe.
Please note that all payments for the administrative fee are non-refundable. If a user fails to attend a scheduled session without rescheduling before the appointment date, the payment will not be refunded. Users may reschedule their appointments at any time prior to the appointment date.
Use of Third-Party Platforms
Sessions are conducted using third-party platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet, as well as via phone calls. FreeTalk.au is not responsible for any data breaches or security incidents that may occur on these third-party platforms.
